Suggested Buffet Menus – Drop & Go Service includes disposable plates, napkins & cutlery, wire chafing racks, chafing fuel & serving utensils. 

Dinnerware upgrade to faux china & faux silver is available for an additional $5 per person. 

Service includes complete set-up. Dinner rolls/bread and butter are included with all selections. 

Minimum of 20 guests per menu.

Our regular menu is available for delivery for parties of fewer than 20.

Beyond the suggestions listed here, we are more than happy to work with you to create a completely custom menu tailored to your event!

Tastings are available within six months of the event date. Tasting menu is a flat rate of $50 for up to four people with two entrée and two side selections. Restrictions may apply.

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and lifestyle food choices as needed.

Silver Menu Entrees- $22.00 Per Person  - Select Any Two (additional entrees available for $3.00 per person). Includes your choice of three side dishes.

· Roasted Pork Loin – Tender slow roasted boneless pork with Dijon, honey and rosemary.

· Chicken Marsala – Classically prepared with boneless chicken, fresh mushrooms and Marsala wine.

· Shrimp Scampi – Beautiful Gulf shrimp, sautéed with fresh garlic, lemon and white wine (Market Price Add-on)

· Angry Italian Chicken – Italian herb marinated grilled chicken topped with pepperoni, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, provolone and our roasted garlic sauce.

· Beef Bourguignon – Tender beef tips prepared with onions, garlic, red wine, brandy, carrots and mushrooms; old school French cooking at its finest.

· Florida Style Crab Cakes – Hand-made with blue & snow crab, lightly fried and served with Cajun-lime remoulade.

· Jamaican Jerk-Rubbed Pork Loin

· Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms – overflowing with seasonal roasted vegetable stuffing & melted cheese.

Gold Menu Entrees - $26.00 Per Person - Select Any Two (additional entrees available for $4.00 per person). Includes your choice of three side dishes.

· Roasted Stuffed Pork Loin – With sausage, apple & mushroom with red wine reduction.

· Stacked Chicken Cordon Bleu –Chicken breast layered with Black Forest ham and Alpine Swiss cheese, topped with Mornay sauce.

· Lobster Mac & Cheese – Maine lobster tail & claw meat in homemade creamy mac & cheese with a butter crumb topping.

· Shrimp and Grits – A low country favorite with our own spin, shrimp sautéed in brown butter with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach and crumbled bacon; served over cheesy, creamy grits. 

· Tuscan Beef Roulade – Tender spirals of beef stuffed with roasted red peppers, garlic, parmesan, fresh herbs & bread crumbs.

· Cranberry Pork Medallions – Sautéed with balsamic and candied garlic.

· Valdosta Chicken – Chicken breast with a peach, citrus, Amaretto sauce & toasted pecans.

· Herb-Rubbed Prime Rib – Slow roasted with our own flavorful garlic & rosemary rub, served au jus and with house-made horseradish sauce.  Delivered medium rare to medium (end cuts) unless otherwise requested.

Italian Menu Entrees - $22.50 Per Person - Select Any Two (additional entrees available for $3.00 per person). Includes your choice of three side dishes.

· Family Recipe Lasagna – In our family for generations, layers of tender pasta, ricotta, mozzarella, sweet & hot Italian sausage.

· Sausage & Peppers – A mix of sweet (mild) and hot Italian sausage with sautéed onions, bell peppers and mushrooms.

· Stuffed Shells – Two types, both with ricotta, mozzarella & Parmesan – one featuring Italian sausage and one with fresh spinach.

· Pasta & Meatballs – Chef’s choice of pasta with house-made meatballs in slow-simmered marinara sauce.

· Chicken Florentine – Lightly breaded and sautéed with garlic, white wine, chicken stock & fresh spinach. 

· Chicken Alfredo – Scratch-made Alfredo sauce with succulent chicken breast and tender pasta. Upgrade to seafood Alfredo at market price.

Mexican Menu Entrees- $17.50 Per Person - Select Any Two (additional entrees available for $2.50 per person). Includes your choice of three side dishes.

· Taco Bar – Hard & soft tacos (flour & corn), your choice of beef, chicken or pork (for two selections, add $1.50 per person, three selections, add $2.50 per person).  Includes shredded cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos, green onions. Guacamole available, add $1 per person.

· Chile Rellenos Torta– fire roasted poblano chilis layered with Cotija and Jack cheese & black beans  and served with tomato sauce.

· Marinated Pollo Roja – This is the spicy one!  Chili marinated chicken served with onions, peppers and tomatoes

· Beef or Chicken Enchiladas – Corn tortillas wrapped around a mild, savory filling of seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken plus cheese, baked in a flavorful tomato sauce.

· Mexican Lasagna – Layers of pasta, seasoned ground beef, Chorizo sausage, cheddar and Cotija cheeses, diced tomatoes & roasted green chilis, with or without jalapenos.

Barbecue Menu Entrees- $18.00 Per Person - Select Any Two (additional entrees available for $3.00 per person). Includes your choice of three side dishes.

· Barbecue Chicken – Bone-In chicken (breasts, wings, thighs & legs), brined to stay moist and slow barbecued with our own house-recipe sauce.

· Baby Back Pork Ribs – As tender and succulent as can be, spice rubbed and sauce mopped (add $1.50 per person).

· Pulled Pork – Smoked low &slow; hand pulled and tossed with smoky-sweet barbecue sauce.

· Barbecue Beef – Slow smoked top round, served thin sliced with southern smoky-sweet sauce on the side.

· Barbecue Lasagna – Layers of pasta with pulled pork, smoky-sweet sauce and sharp cheddar cheese.
